Hi there, so glad you're here!
I’m a two-time world champion in acrobatic gymnastics, a Cirque du Soleil alum, a seven-time national champion, and a proud member of the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame. You might also recognize me as a two-time finalist and third-place winner on America’s Got Talent.
Beyond competition, I’ve built a vibrant career as a world-champion choreographer, movement specialist, and creative visionary with over 25 years of experience. My work spans live performance, television, and international stages—from Cirque du Soleil and So You Think You Can Dance Australia, to NBC, CBS, The Today Show, and Got Talent franchises around the world, including Spain, France, and Mexico. I’ve also choreographed and performed for the Olympic Tour of Champions, NBA Finals, World Deaflympics, and the World Cricket League Championships.
At my core, I’m deeply passionate about movement, performance, creating safety and the healing arts. As a trained intuitive energy worker, Reiki practitioner, and bodyworker, I weave together communication, somatics, and energetic awareness into both my coaching, healing facilitation and creative process.
Whether I’m choreographing, performing, or holding space for transformation, my mission is always the same: to uplift, empower, and help others embody their fullest expression.
